The staff (f&b, Cleaners and Reception ) were all extremely helpful. Your night staff including the security guys and the baggage staff were fantastic - helpful and polite. No.It was really a 6 star service in a 3 star hotel. |

The pool Noisiest air-con. unit I have had at this level of accomodation. When we turned it off the next room's unit was just as loud.If you want a good night sleep be wary. Very basic breakfast. |

Near MRT Station. The funiture of the room is too old. The closet does't have a good flush, The Channel of Television only have 3 channel, so my children is not comfort to stay at this hotel. |

Quiet and convenient Hotel staffs opened room door without knocking in the morning while we were resting. it happened not only once. when i checked with the reception staffs, they could not give me any answers. disappointed. |
